My private family run holiday apartments (attic apartment 127 m2 + 8 m2 terrace and Top 20 with 81m²) is located in one of Vienna’s most beautiful and green districts, in DÖBLING, and is situated in a modern condominium, 5th floor (elevator), in a quiet and safe location overlooking the Hohe Warte.

Public transport and activities:

VIENNA's 19th district - DÖBLING - is well known for it's wine villages
(f.i. Heiligenstadt, Nussdorf, Grinzing), easily to be reached by foot and by public transportation around the apartement.

Tram D, around the corner, carries you directly to the historical city-centre/
State Opera (approx. 20 min.) and finally to BELVEDERE palace and
Südbahnhof/Southern Railway Station.

Bus 38A carries you to GRINZING and up the Vienna Woods
(Cobenzl-Kahlenberg-Leopoldsberg) about 25 min. incl. waiting time. By Underground U4 from HEILIGENSTADT-station (to be reached by foot in 10 min.) you will be in the very City Center (arround 8 min. ride):
SCHWEDENPLATZ/St. Stephan’s (in walking distance).

Railway station HEILIGENSTADT is an important junction for subway U4,                                  city railways S 45 and S 40, buses 10 A, 11 A, 39 A, 38 A to Kahlenberg and another bus, to Klosterneuburg (world – famous monastery). So you can reach the most important sights of Vienna in less than 20 minutes by public transport. There is a lane for bikers and for the pedestrians beside Danube channel, which leads you direct to the center (Schwedenplatz) – about 30 minutes.

At Kaiser Franz Josef railwaystation, it is only 5 stations by tram D, there is a supermarket Billa, which is open on Sunday.
