Arrival with advance notification, 9 a.m. or 8 p. m.

Equipped for small children/babies (crib, bedclothes, dressing table, bath tube, high chair, buggy, games, tools for sand crate, baby-phone, bath thermometer, still cushion, crawl-cover, …) is provided free of charge.
This is a non-smoker apartment.

Washer in the bath room and wash kitchen with modern devices (slot machine) in the house. Next to the apartment, there is a drying loft for all residents in the house.
Bed and table clothes, towels and dishtowels, ironing board and steam iron and slippers are provided. Bathrobes for children, baby bibs, baby towels, bathrobes, and bath slippers for adults are provided on request.
If you like a cleaning of the apartement, it is possible and will be charged seperatly.

Parking lots are free of charge in close surrounding. Bikes can be parked inside
 the house (lockable). There is a cycle track near Danube.

Please leave your pets with friends.

Computer with Internet connection is provided for my guests. In my flat number Top 21 there is a fax (capable to copy, with telephone) charged separately according to tariff time switch.

A small furniture safe is provided for your valuables.
